We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on all orders. We're not happy, if you're not happy!

If your order does not exceed your highest expectations, we will refund the amount for all unused, unopened merchandise from your order less shipping fees. All refund and exchange requests must be made within 7 days from receiving merchandise, no exceptions. If you wish to return your order, please email us at [email protected] with the subject line “ORDER RETURN” and indicate your Order # in the contents of the message and the reason for return.

Please note that any used, altered, and/or opened items will NOT be eligible for a return or exchange under any circumstances.

All lashes purchased during a sale, promotion, or with a discount code are a FINAL SALE. No returns or exchanges will be accepted. Used, gently tested, and/or opened items will NOT be eligible for a return or exchange under any circumstances due to hygiene purposes.

Melanated Queen can only accept refunds, returns & exchanges for items purchased on www.melanatedqueen.bigcartel.com and can only be made within 7 days from the date of receiving goods. Refunds are made in the original form of payment and are issued to the person documented on the original order.

In an event of exchange, please specify the product(s) you wish to be shipped in exchange for your return. A customer service representative will contact you to process a refund, return or exchange of the items, if necessary. Shipping:
USPS is our preferred shipping carrier within the US. Orders are shipped via USPS First-Class or USPS Priority Service. Please allow 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for your items to arrive. Once the package has left our store, has been received by the post office, and a tracking number has been sent, we are not liable for any lost/stolen or damaged packages. We are also not responsible for delivery delays due to weather, mishandling by the carrier, or undeliverable/incorrect addresses provided at check out. If your address has been entered incorrectly at checkout, please contact us immediately so we can change this for you if we have not shipped out the item already. We are not responsible if the item has already been shipped.

We do offer faster shipping alternatives through USPS Priority Mail for an additional shipping fee. If you would like to receive your package sooner, please contact us at [email protected]
